Catedral de Toledo

Pucho's directorial debut wasn't without controversy. International headlines, community prayers to clean the cathedral, even the Dean resigned. Dancing bachata, managing your DP, and proposing a cultural dialogue have never been so difficult.

Ideology

Pucho has an excessive passion for the Catalan bourgeoisie, which has led to several unstructured theories. His favorite is that while Madrid's posh people have only achieved revolving doors and brick monsters, the Catalans have done something for their culture that has ended up transcending ideology.

Cigarrillos Hollywood

Santos smoked two packs of these a day during the filming of Para Repartir. The fact that it's Cuban tobacco and branded in Los Angeles makes them a cult classic for us.

The Waiter

Javier Dichas, a dream actor, the best DJ in town but most of all, the waiter you want to take home.

Las Vegas

Las Vegas is the place where Santos met Pucho and Roge for the first time during the 2017 Latin Grammys. Despite being his most hated city in the world, it’s also his most visited. Las Vegas is full of mind blowing scenes but after a couple of days you need to get the fuck out of there ASAP.

We are called Spain

Because traveling around the world we feel the Galician's homesickness. We didn't use the word Spain until we got lost in Boca or San Bernardino. We are not the only ones.

Lele’s Expenses

Lele’s expenses are pretty low key. She loves coke. She always asks for an invoice.

2015. After finding an apartment and buying an American sim card, Santos’ next move was going to the doctor’s due to his insomnia and weight loss. The doctor didn’t consider the weight loss to be very significant, but he did believe Santos’ sleep problems. He then provided him a passport to a dream world.

Esquemosis

According to Pucho, there are two types of artists: those who write down every idea they have, and those who have so few ideas that they're sure they'll remember them. When El Madrileño was halfway through cooking, Pucho called Santos and said, 'It's time.' Cris closed on his apartment in Ecko Park, and poor Santos had to sell his most prized possession, a BMW E36 convertible. This is a Biblical document, our first creative direction.

Awards don’t define us

According to chatgpt we are the most awarded spanish independent agency of the last decade. We don’t know if that’s accurate but the shiny Cannes Golden Lions and Clios look very nice in our new book shelf.

ETECSA

This is a Cuban internet card. In 2019, you had to buy one to get limited access to any Wi-Fi. There's something nostalgic about the past that connects us with Havana. It also makes us nostalgic because it was the first time we all worked together there.

Tio Conra

When Santos moved to Los Angeles, his grandfather, known in Gredos as Uncle Conra, gave him this box full of cassettes by Pepe Marchena, La Niña de la Puebla, Rafael Farina, Juanito Villar, Antonio Machín, and others. They've been with us ever since.

Hollywood

The Last Supper

The four of us were dining at El Landó while our old office next door was flooding. The restaurant’s owner said that this brings good luck to the business.

Nothing grows if it doesn’t eat

DP. God of pre-production, he shows up with sketches a month before the RECCE. If you were fascinated over the screens at Pucho's gig, this guy is your man. Watch out for his glucose drops. It seems like he doesn't, but when the party begins, he delivers.

Victor Erice, Cruz Novillo, Correos… We look inward trying to avoid the noise, the clichés, and the hackneyed, and we usually find the little things. Probably the best label in history.

Yerai Cortés

Like it once happened with Santos, Pucho got obsessed with flamenco guitarist Yerai Cortés and ended up doing a whole film about him which gave us our first Goya award. Dreams do come true.

El Español

We come from a very specific place: Terminal 4 at Barajas Airport. The best definition we can give you of our identity is the Spanish accent we have when we speak English.
