Returns and Exchanges Policy

Right to withdraw from the purchase or exchanges

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the purchased product(s) and/or request exchanges, without providing any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt (minimum 14 days, according to Article 71 of Law 3/2014 of March 27). If the products in the confirmed order are delivered separately on different dates, the return period will begin from the receipt of the last product.

If the customer returns all products in the order within the first fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the last product, they will be refunded all payments received after the purchase, including shipping costs (except for additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered).

If the customer decides to keep any product and therefore partially cancels the order, or returns products after the fourteen (14) calendar days, only the price paid for the returned products will be refunded, and shipping costs will not be refunded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision through the following channels:


Conditions for exchanges and/or returns

Visit Little Spain SL cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged products (unless due to a quality or manufacturing defect).

Exchanges for a different model are not allowed. To exchange a product for a different one, the customer must return the original item and place a new order.

All returned or exchanged products must be carefully packaged and include the delivery note or the documentation indicated after the exchange and/or return has been approved.

To request a return and/or exchange, the customer must notify it through the following channels:


Refunds

Once the product(s) are received, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L will verify their condition. If an exchange has been requested, the requested product will be sent. If a return has been requested, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

After verifying the condition of the returned products, the customer will be informed via email. The refund will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the moment VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L is informed of the decision to withdraw. However, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer provides proof of their return, whichever occurs first.

Shipping costs will be refunded after the refund for the products has been processed.

In any case, the customer will not incur any financial costs as a result of the refund.


Return of incorrect or defective products

If VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L mistakenly sends a product different from the one ordered, if the product quality is not adequate, or if the product does not match what was agreed in the contract, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L, once the error or defect has been verified, will fully refund the amount paid for the returned product, the shipping costs incurred, and any other costs the customer may have incurred in returning the defective product.

If an incorrect or defective order is returned by standard postal mail, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L will reimburse the return shipping costs, provided the customer includes proof of those expenses in the package.


Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs for items purchased through the online store will be borne by the customer. The cost is €6 for mainland Spain, €8 for the Balearic Islands, and €12 for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, plus VAT.

After receiving the email confirming that the order has been completed, the estimated delivery time is a maximum of 7 business days. We reserve the right to delay delivery by an additional day in remote areas.
