Below, we invite you to review the general terms and conditions of sale governing the purchase of VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L products through the website www.little.es (the “Website”).

Contract
Service availability
By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you are over 18 years old. The products offered are distributed in the following EU Member State: Spain.
You may purchase from the country of your choice, but we can only ship your order to addresses located in the selected country. When changing country, shipping methods, delivery points and other terms of sale will be updated.
Before placing an order, the Buyer has the right to obtain information on the Website about the essential characteristics of the products they wish to order.
Product information
The items offered on the Website are official Little Spain merchandising products.
You acknowledge our full ownership of all intellectual property rights over the products, materials and content appearing on the Website.
Each product includes the following information: name, image(s), description, sizes, composition, washing instructions and retail price in euros.
Photographs, graphics and product descriptions are not contractual and are provided for illustrative purposes only. The seller makes every effort to ensure that product colours shown on the Website are accurate, although variations may occur due to technical limitations.
Special offers, promotions or discounts will be valid until the indicated date or while stocks last.
VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L makes every effort to ensure that the information on the Website is complete, accurate and correct. If an error is found, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L will correct it.
Purchase procedure
Items must be selected and added to the shopping bag by clicking the corresponding icon.
The shopping bag will show the selected item reference: name, size, chosen colour and price in euros, including taxes. The stated price does not include shipping, which varies depending on the selected shipping method.
To complete the purchase, the customer’s personal data will be required and incorporated into our database to process the order and, where applicable, facilitate future purchases through the Website. Personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Before placing the order, the customer will be shown a summary identifying the products added to the shopping bag, the total price including shipping and taxes, with each item broken down, and the shipping details. The customer must confirm the order by clicking “Confirm payment”.
If you detect an error before confirming payment, you may modify the order by clicking “Edit” or “Delete”. If you detect an error after completing payment, please contact the company’s Customer Service.
Receipt of the order acknowledgement does not mean acceptance of the order by VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L. The customer’s order constitutes an offer to purchase the product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L, which may refuse acceptance at its discretion.
When VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L accepts the order, it will notify the customer by email confirming that the order has been shipped or is available for collection (the “Confirmation”). The contract will be concluded when VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L sends the Confirmation.
Product availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If any product is out of stock, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L will try to locate it by other means. If this is not possible, the customer will be notified immediately and the amount charged for the unavailable item will be refunded using the same payment method.
Right not to accept an order
VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L may cancel or refuse an order for reasons including technical or typographical errors, lack of availability, suspected fraud, indications that the customer is underage, inability to deliver to the address provided, cyberattacks, viruses or force majeure. In such cases, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L will fully refund any amounts paid.
Price and payment
Payment and currency
Prices are shown in euros. Product prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Value added tax
All product prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Deliveries to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be subject to the applicable taxes and duties.
Invoicing
The customer expressly agrees to receive invoices in electronic format. A paper invoice may be requested at any time by contacting shop@little.es.
Payment methods
VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L only accepts payment by VISA or MasterCard credit or debit cards, and PayPal.
Payment security
VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L uses secure payment systems from leading financial institutions. Confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted via SSL to the relevant financial institution.
For VISA and MasterCard payments, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L only accepts Secure Electronic Commerce transactions, including, where applicable, the international 3D Secure protocol.
VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L reserves the right to verify personal data and take appropriate measures, including order cancellation, to prevent online fraud.
Delivery
Risk in the products passes to the customer upon delivery. Products purchased through the Website will be shipped by courier and delivered within the period indicated on the Website according to the selected shipping method, and in any case within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of the Confirmation.
To avoid delivery issues, the customer must complete the relevant form correctly.
Order tracking may be carried out through the courier company’s website. The shipping price is calculated according to the selected shipping method and total product price.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes. Shipping costs may be modified at any time without prior notice, but the costs shown when the order is placed will apply.
Online returns and exchanges policy. Liability
Right to withdraw from the purchase or exchanges
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return the purchased product(s) and/or request exchanges, without providing any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt.
If the products in the order are delivered separately on different dates, the return period will begin from receipt of the last product.
If the customer returns all products within fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the last product, all payments received will be refunded, including shipping costs, except additional costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered.
If the customer keeps any product and partially cancels the order, or returns products after fourteen (14) calendar days, only the price paid for the returned products will be refunded, and shipping costs will not be refunded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision through:

Conditions for exchanges and/or returns
VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L cannot accept exchanges or returns of used or damaged products, unless due to a quality or manufacturing defect.
Exchanges for a different model are not allowed. To exchange a product for a different one, the customer must return the original product and place a new order.
All returned or exchanged products must be carefully packaged and include the delivery note or the documentation indicated after approval of the exchange and/or return.
Refunds
Once the product(s) are received, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L will verify their condition. If an exchange has been requested, the requested product will be sent. If a return has been requested, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.
The customer will be informed by email once the condition of the returned products has been verified. The refund will be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L is informed of the withdrawal decision. However, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the customer provides proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Shipping costs will be refunded after the product refund has been processed. The customer will not incur any financial costs as a result of the refund.
Return of incorrect or defective products
If VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L mistakenly sends a product different from the one ordered, if the product quality is inadequate, or if the product does not comply with the contract, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L, once the error or defect has been verified, will fully refund the returned product amount, shipping costs and any other costs incurred by the customer to return the defective product.
If an incorrect or defective order is returned by standard postal mail, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L will reimburse the return shipping costs, provided the customer includes proof of the expenses in the package.
Guarantees
For customers purchasing as consumers, VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L offers guarantees on products sold through the Website in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
Unless proven otherwise, any lack of conformity appearing within three (3) years after delivery will be presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.
If any product does not conform to the contract, the customer must inform VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L through any of the communication channels provided in these terms.
Assignment and waiver of rights
The customer may not assign or transfer a contract or any rights or obligations arising from it without prior written consent from VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L.
No waiver by VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L of any specific right or action under this contract shall imply a waiver of any other rights or actions unless expressly communicated in writing.
The Website and all its elements, trademarks, designs, photographs, texts, illustrations, logos, animations, sounds, graphics and compilations are the exclusive property of the Seller, who grants no licence or right other than the right to view the Website.
Use, reproduction, duplication, copying, sale, resale, access, modification or any other exploitation of the Website, its content or trademarks, in whole or in part, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.
Personal data protection
In accordance with personal data protection regulations, personal data collected to process the order will be used exclusively for order management.
During the process, you may accept that your data be included in the Brand’s Record of Processing Activities for future orders, customer and/or supplier management, advertising and commercial prospecting.
With regard to conventional prospecting and other forms of marketing or advertising, including direct marketing, legitimate interest may apply where there is a relevant and appropriate relationship between the data subject and the controller, such as when the data subject is a customer.
Bank details are stored only in a database designed for this purpose and will not be retained beyond the time necessary to complete the purchase, process payment and until the withdrawal period has expired.
Right to modify these terms
VISIT LITTLE SPAIN S.L may modify these terms at any time, without retroactive effect.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from their interpretation and/or execution shall be submitted, at the parties’ free choice, to the jurisdiction designated as competent by the applicable rules of private international law.
